These are decent for the price and perfect for my office room. I never play music very loud so can’t say much about bass in high volume like some other users have to say, but in medium sound level it is well balanced output. The volume adjustment is very easy to use and not too loud to rattle your windows. The RGB lighting looks cool

I had an issue with the power automatically turning off while device is plugged to my computer. The customer support contacted me and worked with me to resolve the issue. They gave me credit for the old sound bar and have fixed the issue on the new version so that power is not automatically shutting down. They were easy to communicate with and very friendly.
